We have over 35 years of tool and die making experience. From aiding in engineering to producing machine ready tooling, North Star prides itself on the ability to develop an idea from start to finish. With experience in the tooling, injection molding, and die-casting industry,
North Star Tooling is one of the best in service and quality.

Over the years we have built molds for several different industries throughout the country. By having that kind of experience working with different projects gives us the diversity to constantly evolve into other markets that are in need of tooling.

OUR CAPABILITIES

From large to small, single or multiple cavity tooling.

We are capable of doing tooling for a small 20 ton press and as high as 350 ton press. North Star Tooling can build tooling for aluminum die cast, plastic injection molding and also do secondary fixturing (trim dies / mill fixtures) as well as general machining. We are dedicated to producing products of the highest quality. Our goal is continous improvement as we work towards exceeding our customer’s expectations. Our quality system includes: First article inspection and capabilities, first piece inspection and approval, in process inspections and audits, and final product check.
